7 years parts and labour. Keep it serviced every 12 months to keep the cover.

5 years parts and labour, plus 2 more years on cylinder parts.
Carrier
Years 1 to 5 parts and labour by Carrier. Years 6 to 10 parts by Carrier and the labour covered by us.

Replacing an electric cylinder
A standard cylinder heats water like a giant kettle. A heat pump uses up to 70% less energy than a standard electric cylinder, based on manufacturer figures. The air does most of the work.
